The Annual General Meeting of the Trust was held in the Edward German Room at the Civic Centre, Whitchurch on Wednesday 19th March 2008 at 7.30pm
A full meeting of the main committee of the trust were held on November 21st 2007, March 12th 2008 and June 24th. Read Minutes.
The canal opened on 24 June 1808 at Sherryman's Bridge and we are arranging a display in the Whitchurch Heritage Centre

Bob Sumner & Joe Hathaway clearing leaves from under Chemistry Bridge (at the end of the Whitchurch arm of the canal).
These were left to dry out after removal from the canal and to allow invertebrates and insects to find a new home.
