A rally is held in the Whitchurch arm every September.  The Boat Rally page has information about this years rally to that was held on September 1st and 2nd 2007.

The Annual General Meeting of the Trust was held in the Edward German Room at the Civic Centre, Whitchurch on Wednesday 19th March 2008 at 7.30pm

A full meeting of the main committee of the trust were held on November 21st 2007 and March 12th 2008.

The canal opened on 6th July 1808 at Sherryman's Bridge and we are arranging a display in the Whitchurch Heritage Centre for July and August.
